Elise and Kip

Elise and Kip are just so awesome I knew their wedding would be as cool, fun and special as they are. And it did not disappoint!

The wedding was in the bandstand in Petersham park where their impeccably dressed friends and family waited eagerly, champagne in hand. They were all wowed when they saw Elise in her incredible bridal jumpsuit! She also wore her iconic glasses which I loved! And she walked down the park’s path as her aisle to the Universal Studios theme song! See? So cool.

Elise’s brother and I shared the ceremony which made it wonderfully personal and it was filled with joy. Local school kids watched on and the rain held out until they were announced “legally, officially, super-dooper hitched”.

Congratulations Elise and Kip! It was a pleasure to be a part of such a fun day!

We actually wanted a super personal ceremony with my older brother actually ‘performing’ the non-legally binding aspects of our wedding. As he's not a certified celebrant and so the legal parts would still need to be handled, we reached out to Charlie asking if that was something she could help with and she was SO on board! She was patient and helpful getting my brother up to speed on the parts of the ceremony to work in personal stories that only he could really tell and just made the day that more special.

She is the perfect balance of organised and a calming presence as well as enthusiastic and generous with her time. She is personable and warm and on top of everything you might need, and just made the day that more special helping us do it a little out of the box :) Can't recommend highly enough!”
