About Me
Hi! My name’s Charlotte Bachali, pronounced with a hard C like Ba-car-lee. Because it’s too catchy not to, I go by Charlie Bachali - it rhymes!
I am so excited to get to create such joyful celebrations of love! You can tell by all the exclamation marks! It is such an honour to be an integral part of a wedding. I love getting to know my couples and hearing their wild and wonderful love stories. I’m based in Sydney but I’m very happy to travel!
Ever since I was a kid, leading everyone in Spice Girls dance routines at assemblies, I have always been comfortable in front of a crowd. As an adult I have hosted pub trivia nights and been a primary school teacher (children and drunk people require a very similar kind of crowd control and encouragement). So, I am very relaxed behind a microphone and I want to help you feel relaxed in front of your guests as well.
Some more about me: my interests include watching things, singing badly, hot chips and feelings. My vibe tends to be sparkles, ‘80s and ‘90s nostalgia and rainbow paddle pop colours. But I also love a dress-up instruction, so I am more than happy to chameleon myself to suit whatever vision you have for your celebration. That’s the beauty of planning your wedding, it can be whatever you want, all you need is me to make it legal!

Bacchus is the Roman god of wine and celebrations, also known as Dionysus in Greek mythology.
Bacchanalia celebrations were wild and hedonistic involving rituals, dancing, drinking and euphoric rejoicing.
A pretty good symbol for a professional celebrator, right? Especially because my last name is Bachali so I am basically Bacchus brought to life to help you with your merrymaking!
